Government skimps on agriculture, says Alweendo
GOVERNMENT has allocated an average of 8,6 per cent of its yearly budget to agriculture, which is below the minimum requirement of the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP), National Planning Commission (NP) Director General Tom Alweendo has said.
