It is probably very early in the move but I would advise waiting for a correction before entering the gold, energy or agricultural commodities arena.

i don’t think so, especially with agriculture.
RJA (it’s also an ETN, due in 2022) just came out late last year at $ 10/share, and it’s only now still about $ 12.30, so i think there’s a long way to go.
if you look at Jim Rogers’s RICI broken down into the energy, metals, and ag segments, you’ll see that energy and metals made up for almost all of the gain in the RICI since it began in 1998, with ag remaining pretty flat.
so it could very well be that this is ag’s turn this time around. while RJA has nothing to do with RICI at the business end, RJA is supposed to track Rogers’s ag compositions exactly. the issuer of RJA is owned by the Swedish Government, so there shouldn’t be much credit risk.
even with gold at $ 950 and oil at $ 100, i think it still can go much much higher. i also think India will do well, so maybe you can split your India and commodities 50/50?
