Balsamic Vinegar, the new stuff goes for a few dollars, the 25+ year old stuff goes for a few hundred.
chinese century egg… its a egg that has been preserved in clay, ash and lime. new egg: about .10, century egg: $5
coffee beans: fresh: worthless, they have to be cured and dried, then roasted
