Question by Snarkolepsy: Local phone number: does it make a difference?
Remember the episode of Seinfeld in which Elaine is assigned a 646 area code, and all of a sudden people act like she is an “outsider”? I wonder if there might be a grain of truth in that. Does it make good business sense to have a local phone number? Will people perceive me differently?

i dont think so maybe it just so happen that one person would like to have the same number just like that.
