Commissioner Mike Strain, D.V.M, said the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry (LDAF) is seeking applications for projects that solely enhance the competitiveness of specialty crops like fruits, vegetables and nuts for inclusion into Louisiana’s state grant proposal for the Specialty Crop Block Grant Program.
