Albany, NY — The state Senate Agriculture Committee has scheduled a public hearing on the Farm Worker Fair Labor Practices Act (S.2247-B) for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 1 in Hearing Room A in the Legislative Office Building.

Missouri firm recalls beef on E.coli concerns
West Missouri Beef LLC, of Rockville, Missouri, is recalling 14,000 lbs of fresh boneless beef because it may be contaminated with E.coli 0157:H7, the U.S. Agriculture Department said.
