Question by an14341991: Should I take this course?
Okay, I will be a Junior in HS in the fall. My question is… my school offers Agriculture courses.. and I think I would be very interested in them. I do not live on a farm or anything.. but I love animals. Someday I would love to live on a Farm. I would love to be a teacher and idk.. maybe become an Agriculture teacher. But would it be stupid for me to take that course when I dont live on a farm?

No, i dont think it would be stupid. If you are interseted in agriculture go for it. {Colleges look for individuality.} Dont just go with the croud. Electives just prepare you for what you are intersested in in the future anyway. An elective is an elective, whether you live in a Hollywood mansion or on a farm, its your choice. I say go for it!

Take the class, see if you’re into it. At the junior high level you can take whatever electives you want, it’s so early in your schooling you might as well explore around a little.
