Question by leeroy c: Small Business start up questions?
I want to start my own business soon but do not know how to go about starting it. I am currently working at a small business as a contractor and am keeping the business open with the money i earn for them. I would be happy doing so but the owner is really dumb and keeps working against the grain of what a business needs to grow. (no advertising, firing good help, running people off)
Basically i want to know where to start to have my own business or how to get a loan to buy his.

If the owner wanted to sell to you, it is common for the seller to provide financing — or some sort of earn out.
