OTAT Pulses , established in 2005 in Mersin-Turkey by Mr Cavit MEMIS, has not only a very huge domestic market but also export its products to Middle East, European, African and Asian countries. Our main aim is to obtain the continuity of customer satisfaction by our high quality goods and services under our own brand OTAT.
Our factory is located on a total area of 18.125 sq meters, 5000 sqm closed area and 1.000 sqm closed wharehouse in Mersin Free Zone.
OTAT Pulses both import, export, produce pulses & grains as : Rice, ChickPeas, White Beans, Kidney Beans, Red Lentils, Gren Lentils, Black Eye Bean, Boulgur, Husky Wheat, Split Broad Beans, Pop Corn.. And distribute in domestic & foreign markets.
Production is done with the documented systems of ISO 9001:2000 QMS and ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System in our modern foundation.
Our products are also suitable for Turkish Food Codex and TSE. These productions are being packed in our modern foundation in hygienic conditions with otomatic machines w/o hand touch. All our products are analyzed from calibre, moisture and cooked before packing. All the steps of the production is being controlled by our specialist technical staff and inspected by our Food Engineer.
