Question by Mama Fish: What are landlords required to do for pest control in Oregon?
We have a horrible ant problem that our landlord won’t do anything about. Her excuse is that she doesn’t want to put anything out that will hurt our kids and then be liable. Are they required to do anything for pest control? We live in Clackamas Co, Oregon.

She has to keep the place “habitable.” There are toxin-free ways to eradicate ants.
