A mining company such as rio tinto.
The world economic situation will level out once the dust settles, how long? It’ll be a while but your saying your viewing long term. Mining stocks soared because china needed vast amounts of copper. This may have slowed but looking at things logically not only is china’s population going to still increase but the world’s population is going to increase leading to more demand for copper. China has $1 trillion of currency reserves and once things settle will continue to embark on it’s countries advancement. Goto the bbc.co.uk click business on the left and the look at the shares price history of mining stocks. I wouldn’t buy gold now. As the markets stabilise the price will fall as demand drops in favour of the low priced shares now available. Again look at gold price history on the bbc site.

Short term, and definately long term, gold is your safest bet. It’s the only thing that has stood the test of time.
Some good reading material below.

I think you should invest in cosmetic product, because women spend a lot money on toner, lotion, or serum. I think it’s worth to invest on those thing and try to sell it to people.
